Fish

Avocado

That’s why eggs are such a good breakfast food — they provide energy for hours while tasting delicious! Of course, you can eat eggs as part of any meal or just as a snack whenever you want a little extra lift in your day.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is another one of those foods that we tend to associate with breakfast, but it can work whenever you’re in the mood. And because oats have plenty of fiber, minerals, and vitamins, they can help give you a little bit of extra energy.

Nuts

Nuts give your body a good blend of carbohydrates, fats, and protein, plus vitamins and minerals. All of that is great for energy. Just don’t overdo it, since many nuts tend to be high in calories.
