Keep reading to learn about life as a Naturals2Go owner-operator directly from the source: Our talented owner-operators who have found success in the world of healthy vending.

Jeff Criswell

A married father of two teenagers, Jeff first attended new operator training in November 2019. By early 2020, Naturals2Go’s on-site locating (OSL) team placed his six MVP-10CP machines and one satellite machine. Now, he manages 23 machines and one micro-market! Jeff left the corporate world in November of 2021 to focus on his vending business full-time.

“This business has changed my life and created opportunities that I never thought possible in such a short amount of time,” says Jeff. “My current goal is to get to 75-100 machines in the next two to three years.”

Brooke and Cheryl Baugher

Mother-daughter team Brooke and Cheryl started their vending business in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017 and now manage 22 machines with plans for additional units in the very near future. Cheryl owns several businesses in the area, and Brooke is finishing her PhD in civil engineering while running an equine boarding operation. They love that they’ve been able to build something together that generates additional income.

Jeff and Tricia Bain

Jeff has owned several businesses over the years as an auto mechanic for over three decades. His wife, Tricia, has more than 15 years’ of experience as a paramedic. They launched their vending business in 2017 with 12 machines and have grown to 36 machines with little effort. Jeff and Tricia say the financial rewards are more than they initially expected, and they look forward to growing their business to 50 machines or more in the coming years.

Cathy Kidd

Cathy, a military veteran, used to work as a small business accountant. The seed of entrepreneurship was planted when she attended the Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE) conference. After dealing with a micromanaging supervisor a few years later, her mind was made up.

Cathy purchased her first six MVP-10CP machines in 2017 and quickly found that her home base of Birmingham, Alabama welcomed the idea of healthy vending items. The big vendors weren’t able to provide the personalization or service that she offered – she was able to fill that market gap and find success. In 2019, Cathy’s son Grant joined her team, and they now manage 50 machines and two micro markets!
